There is a No-Return Policy on every product we sell. Khokan's Moa sweets are made fresh and are perishable, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
Please check flavours, quantities, and your delivery address in the cart before you complete checkout.
Cancellations
You may ask us to cancel an order only before it is processed for dispatch. Once packing or dispatch has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or redirected.

Parcels damaged in transit
A damaged or incomplete parcel is a shipping issue, not a return of unused sweets. Write to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. The steps are on our Shipping Info page.
