How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add sweets to your cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is successful.
How long does delivery take?
Online orders within India are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. See Shipping Info for charges, tracking, and international deliveries.
Do you deliver across India and abroad?
Yes. We ship across India, and international delivery is available to selected destinations. Availability and charges are confirmed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we send tracking details by email or SMS (when the courier provides them). You can also use our Track Order page with your order number.
Can I return or exchange sweets?
No. All products are sold under a No-Return Policy because they are made fresh and are perishable. Please review your cart before you pay. Read the No-Return Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Only if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible. After packing or dispatch starts, the order cannot be cancelled or redirected.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or incomplete?
That is a delivery issue, not a product return. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and contents. The process is explained on Shipping Info.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online at checkout through Razorpay. Cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods offered by Razorpay may be available depending on your bank.
Are the sweets made without preservatives?
Yes. Our Joynagarer Moa is made the traditional way, without preservatives. That is also why we ship promptly and do not accept returns of opened or unused sweets.
